    Oven baked garlic sour dough bread, tomato jam, feta whip, chunky basil pesto.

    Roast breast of chicken, shrimp butter sauce, roast potatoes, pea trilogy.
    SEA TROUT
    Goatsbridge sea trout, tenderstem broccoli, white onion, potato cakes, broccoli sauce.

    Kerryhill lamb shoulder, north African chickpeas, smoked aubergine puree, preserved lemon yoghurt, coriander oil.
    VEGETARIAN PASTA
    Hand made spaghetti pasta, courgette, basil, garlic, pine nut and parmesan crumble.
    SIRLOIN OF TIPPERARY PRIME BEEF (€6.00 SUPPLEMENT)
