    CHICKEN
    Pan fried Irish chicken breast, bread crumb crust, fried potatoes, cauliflower puree, caper and raisin chutney, parsley & brown butter sauce.
    BEEF
    Slow braised Irish beef feather blade, puff pastry, red wine gravy, glazed root vegetables, horseradish mash.
    HADDOCK
    Steamed east coast haddock fillet, shrimp and lemon butter, dill & gherkins, salt & vinegar potato puree, batter scraps, cucumber.
    VEGETARIAN PASTA
    Hand made tagliatelle pasta, butternut squash sauce, walnut and rosemary pesto, parmesan crisp.
